Reading about change is one thing. Living it is another.
Introducing Root-to-Rise Workbook: Love Life by Design
There’s a moment that happens for so many of us on the path of personal growth. You read something that resonates. You see yourself clearly. You feel inspired. And then life continues.
Old patterns show up again. The clarity fades. And you’re left wondering why something that made so much sense didn’t actually change anything.
I know that moment well. It’s what led me to create Root-to-Rise: How to Love Life. And it’s also what led me to create something more. Insight is powerful, and insight alone isn’t enough.
Root-to-Rise Has Grown Into a System
Originally released as a guidebook, Root-to-Rise: How to Love Life has grown into a broader system that includes a companion workbook, a guided membership community, live events, and coaching programs. Together, they create a structured pathway for individuals seeking more consistency in how they apply personal growth in their lives.
This workbook is where the work becomes real. It was designed to sit alongside the book and also stand on its own as a place to pause, reflect, and actively apply what you’re learning.
Inside, you’ll be guided through the same framework, exploring the five core areas of your life: health, family, relationships, career, and friends. Within each, you’ll begin to recognize the emotional needs shaping your decisions, your patterns, and your sense of fulfillment, not just in theory, and in your real, everyday life.
This is where things begin to shift
The workbook isn’t about doing more. It’s about seeing more clearly.
You’ll move through thoughtful prompts that help you get honest with yourself, practical exercises that bring awareness into action, and space to slow down and process what’s actually true for you. This is where you start to notice the patterns that have been running quietly in the background and begin to change them with intention.
You don’t have to figure it all out at once
You don’t need to have the perfect plan. You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going. You just need a place to begin.
This workbook is that place. A space to come back to yourself, reconnect with what matters, and start building a life that feels more aligned, more grounded, and more fully yours.
If you’re ready
If something in you has been saying there’s more for me than this, if you’ve been circling the same patterns and want a different experience, and if you’re ready to move from understanding into real change, this is your next step.

Thank you for helping this message reach further
When I set a goal of reaching 55 Amazon reviews for my 55th birthday last July, it felt meaningful and a little ambitious, and seeing that number reach 56 means more than I can say. Each review helps this work reach someone who may need it, so thank you for being part of that.
Now I’d love to keep the momentum going toward the next milestone of 100. If Root-to-Rise has supported you, I’d be so grateful if you shared a short review.
A note from me
Thank you for being here. Whether you’ve been part of this journey for a while or you’re just finding your way to this work, I don’t take that lightly.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to yourself and learning how to live from that place.
With you in it,
Chandra
P.S. I always love to hear from you. Feel free to message me about whatever is on your mind at chandra@glowliving.com.
Have a great day!
